What are the dates of the convention?

The official dates of the convention are July 4, 2008 through July 6th, 2008. There will also be an unofficial event held on Thursday, July 3, 2008. You should plan to arrive on Thursday night (July 3rd) or early on Friday (July 4th), as convention activities begin on Friday morning. Check the Schedule page for updates.

How do I register for the convention?

You can register for the convention online using the Registration Page.

Do I have to pay my registration fee using a credit card?

No. Although the preferred method of payment is by using a credit card, you can also use a personal check. You will still need to fill out the online registration form. During the payment section, you will have a choice of paying by credit card online, or by using a check. Register Now!.

How will I be notified that my registration is confimed?

You will receive a confirmation email from EventBrite, once your registration is confirmed.

Can I register at the convention?

In order to get an accurate estimate of how many poeple will be attending the convention, we have restricted the registration to online only. You will not be able to register at the convetion. So Register Now! (Online registration ends June 15th!)

Are all events open to 18+?

The only event that has an age restriction is the Club Night on Friday, July 4th. The club will be enforcing a strict 21+ policy. However, a non-club event is planned at that time, which will take place at the hotel. The non-club event is open to all ages.

What is this Maharashtra place? Is it in India? Is it in Bombay?

Maharashtra is the third largest state in India in terms of area, and second largest in terms of population. Bombay, now referred to as Mumbai, is a city within this state. So is Pune. For more information about the great state of Maharashtra, check out the wikipedia page.
